Illuminant coating gives blocks and walls a fully bright appearance. It does not add emitted light.
With Echo-coated world and either 3 or more active effects or Gray-painted world or Negative-painted world, only selected Life and Mana Crystal objects become fully bright.
With Echo-coated world, no Gray or Negative paint and fewer than 3 active effects, each position has a 1 in 2 chance of becoming fully bright and losing Echo invisibility.
